Lowe’s Company is a nationwide bulk merchandise retailer of building and gardening supplies for the homeowner. Beacon Architectural Associates was asked to develop a new 118,000 square foot building for several locations throughout New England, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Lowe’s projected expansion into the Northeast and elsewhere required that Beacon meet a strict four week project "rollout" schedule from pre-design services to completed contract documents for each new project.
