This project consisted of renovating and expanding an existing hotel. Renovations entailed upgrading the lobby, guest rooms, dining spaces, and support areas and re-cladding the building exterior to keep with a more contemporary image. New work included an eight-story guest room tower and an indoor swimming pool. As architect of record, Beacon Architectural Associates provided permitting, code review and construction administration services through project closeout.
