These renovations to Boston University’s Athletic Facilities required well thought-out coordination of improved training and physical therapy facilities, new air handling systems, and expanded program requirements for intercollegiate sports. The program for the Men’s Basketball Locker Facility included a lounge and a classroom/media center in addition to showers and custom-designed lockers. The Training Facility included taping areas, hydro-therapy rooms, offices for a doctor and trainer, and equipment storage. All of this work was successfully performed within a tight timeframe in order to adhere to the schedule of Boston University’s Athletic Program.
