Emmanuel College of Boston asked Beacon Architectural Associates to update an existing 3,200 square foot library lecture hall during their summer intercession. The scope of the work included new lighting, mechanical systems, refurbished seating, and a state of the art audiovisual system. The project required close coordination with Emmanuel College and the project contractor to meet the college's tight construction schedule and budget.
