Corcoran Commons was originally constructed in 1993. Since that time, customer service concepts for institutional dining facilities have changed dramatically toward made-to-order and self service. Beacon redesigned the servery to relocate points of service and change equipment to allow a more customer-friendly environment. All new casework equipment and finishes provide a completely new and different experience for this main lower campus dining facility.
