Beacon Architectural Associates has been involved in the continual upgrade of food service facilities at Boston University's George Sherman Union Building since 1990. Work includes planning, design and construction administration for dining facilities and food service areas. The most recent additions to the food court include "Fresh Leaf" where salads are tossed to order, and "Sushi" an authentic Japanese sushi bar where patrons watch as their orders are cut and rolled on the spot.
