Beacon Architectural Associates worked with Harvard University Dining Services to renovate the kitchen and servery for Cabot House. The servery has a display kitchen for made to order items and smaller food stations for salads, hot entrées, deli, and kosher items. The model of a simple French bistro organizes the design, finishes, and details of the servery. Interior windows make use of borrowed light to complete the scene.
