Beacon Architectural Associates worked with Harvard University Dining Services to renovate the kitchen and servery for Pforzheimer House in the North Yard. The servery features warm wood, granite, and slate to give a cozy feeling for the intimate servery. The display kitchen featuring made to order entrées anchors the space, which includes a salad bar, hot entrée table, deli, kosher station and desserts.
