This 6,500 square foot project for the Boston College Law School included the renovation of five areas of Stuart Hall’s third floor: Admissions, Financial Aid, Academic Support, the Staff Mail Room, and the Copy Room & Staff Lounge. Beacon’s design successfully enhanced the image and functionality of these support areas for the Law School while maintaining the project’s tight budget and schedule. This was partly achieved through the use of materials and systems which complied with the college’s standards yet were inexpensive and did not have long lead times, thus allowing for an efficient construction phase.
