This 12,000 square foot project posed the challenge of arranging four departments in such a way that the 28,000 incoming student applications each year could be received, reviewed and processed efficiently. This required Beacon to have a thorough understanding of how the departments interact and the fluid nature of the application process. Beacon renovated the entire floor, which entailed coordinating all related architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
