As part of the Century Bank Headquarters fit-up, Beacon Architectural Associates designed the Commercial Lending Department which occupies the new building's second floor. The design team was challenged by a program that included the spatial integration of the Department with the first floor branch, incorporating the connection with the existing building's second floor, the layout of the Senior and Executive Vice Presidents' enclosed offices and conference rooms next to the exterior walls, and an opened office partitions area for the Vice Presidents and assistants. Beacon also coordinated the selection of the office partitions, furniture, and finishes.
