Beacon Architectural Associates was selected by the Commonwealth as a renovations and repairs "house doctor" for the University of Massachusetts' Amherst campus. For this project, Beacon was asked to renovate 7,000 square feet of office space for the Sports Management Department. The scope included office planning, finishes, window replacement and installation, and the upgrade of the electrical system and a complex mechanical system. Beacon and its consultants provided full services for all phases of the project.
