This single family residence was designed by Beacon Architectural Associates to provide grand spaces for entertaining, as well as comfortably scaled spaces for the family occupants. One of the interesting challenges of this project was keeping the house in the historic character of the neighborhood. The composition of the site soil required a special design of sub-structure, using pilings and grade beams. The overall living space is approximately 4,048 square feet.
