Since its founding Beacon has completed over twenty senior housing and senior community center projects. This complex contains thirty-two dwelling units, two of which are barrier-free units, and the town senior center. Included as part of this contract was the construction of two houses for four family units on a separate site. Site improvements include driveways, walks, sitting areas, landscaping and lighting. Because this complex sits on a narrow site, parking is clustered to provide the maximum landscaped area possible.
