The 100 Bay State Road study was developed as a mixed-use 7 story building for Boston University including dining services on the 1st and 2nd level, student services on the 3rd and 4th level, and residences on the 5th thru 7th levels, including 120 beds. Each floor features a mix of suites (ranging from 4 to 7 bedrooms) along with a lounge and a resident advisor apartment. The Undergraduate Housing would have a separate entrance with 24-hour security on Bay State Road.
